I have extreme dental anxiety, and as such haven't been to the dentist in many years. But after having some wisdom tooth complications and a friend referring me to Sunrise, I decided to go. I cannot emphasize enough how thoughtful and kind the staff are. The exam areas are also not in separate rooms with closed doors, which helps with any sort of claustrophobia. Megan especially told me what to expect from the visit and explained all of her steps before doing them (blood pressure, x-ray, next steps, etc.) I didn't feel ashamed at not having been to the dentist for a long time, and everyone truly just wanted to make it a comfortable experience and to heal. While I won't say I *look forward* to going back for regular checkups, I am infinitely more comfortable returning.

I called to get an emergency appt as I was in a lot of pain. They were quick to get me in and even offered a sooner appt when I explained how much pain I was having. The front desk was very kind and the tech and doctor were quick and to the point. I appreciated everyone helping me and being so compassionate for my situation (gave birth 4 days ago). Had a deep cleaning after a while. To be honest I wasn’t thrilled when I was asked to do it based on my last deep cleaning. This time I didn’t need anesthesia. The whole process was painless and better outcome. My wife is now jealous and she will be booking her appointment soon.
